This one-handed sword is inspired by the XVI italian sidesword and is a perfect tool for studying Renaissance fencing techniques. It has been forged by Péter Regenyei who is known as one of the best swordsmiths.

The FC models (for Fullkontakt) have a flat blade and blunt cutting edges as on the federschwerts. This type of blade allows for more engaged contact with the opponent's blade without fear of damaging the sword edge.
Equipped with a guard worked in the Florentine style, it is possible to add as an option a protective ring at the base of the blade for more security.
The handle is made of wood, covered with strong black leather.
The pear-shaped pommel is made of solid steel. Its shape allows a good grip and its weight helps improve the balance of the sword.
