The complete leg protection "Black Knight" represents a major innovation in protective gear for Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA) and related disciplines. Inspired by knight armor from the second half of the 14th century, this protection combines historical aesthetics with modern functionality, offering maximum security without compromising the essential mobility needed for combat.

Composed of three distinct elements, this protection covers the entire leg:

• Shin protection (greaves): Anatomically designed to wrap around the shin on three sides, providing frontal and lateral protection without hindering movement.
• Knee protection: Equipped with a rondel, it ensures 360° protection of the knee joint, crucial in fencing movements.
• Thigh protection: Defends the upper part of the leg and can be removed if necessary, offering flexibility of use according to your needs.

Unlike protections adapted from motocross or cycling, the "Black Knight" was specifically developed for HEMA, drawing on years of experience in historical medieval combat (HMB) and other forms of historical fencing.
