Achille Marozzo, an Italian weapons master of the XVI century, greatly contributed to the codification and dissemination of Renaissance fencing. The Marozzo "Black Fencer" sword is directly inspired by his teachings, offering HEMA practitioners a faithful and safe reproduction for the study and practice of these historical techniques.

This two-handed sword is the result of a collaboration between Black Fencer and HEMA experts. The blade, made from a high-density nylon alloy, offers medium flexibility that faithfully reproduces the feel of a steel blade while ensuring the safety of practitioners. The stainless steel guard and pommel not only provide an authentic aesthetic appearance, but also a realistic balance and weight.
